What is the shipping time?

Once your order is confirmed with our manager, standard shipping within the continental US takes approximately 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping costs and times vary. Please mention your location to our manager during the order confirmation call for a precise quote and estimated delivery time.

What does the 5-year warranty cover?

Our 5-year warranty covers all structural and mechanical components, including the steel frame, casters, gas lift, and tilt mechanism. Upholstery is covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear is not covered. For more details, see our full warranty policy below.

How do I assemble my chair?

Each chair comes with a detailed instruction manual and all the necessary tools for assembly. Most users are able to assemble their chair in under 20 minutes. If you run into any issues, please contact our support team.
